Humane Society Silicon Valley

This project stemmed from the heartfelt frustrations shared by clients of Humane Society Silicon Valley, who faced challenges that hindered them from completing essential tasks and left them feeling underinformed when searching for critical resources. Understanding these struggles deeply motivated us to design solutions that truly meet their needs.

Our primary focus was on reshaping the experience to improve clarity and usability. This included defining a clear and intuitive information hierarchy, optimizing spacing for better readability, and ensuring each page felt balanced, cohesive, and aligned with the nonprofit’s identity.

As a team, we aimed to create a seamless user flow that guided individuals toward their goals with ease and satisfaction while designing a website that authentically reflected the organization's personality and mission. As the lead designer, I was responsible for developing prototypes informed by user research, conducting user testing to ensure we addressed client needs, and collaborating with stakeholders to align the design with business objectives.
